I’m just wondering how bad things have to get before Obama Lovers wake up and smell the burning country.

Some time ago, an anonymous commenter responded to one of my old posts (The Obama Generation) where he wrote, and I quote:

you all don’t understand what are country is going through and that President Obama is the one who will help us out of this. when this happens you will all feel like idiots

So now — many months later — I’m trying to think whether I feel like an idiot or not. And I really have to admit; I love it when people who are barely literate, are unable to construct even a basic English sentence, and have an advanced degree in burger flipping, turn out to be experts on leadership, economics, and financial policy –and– make a point to inform me of how I’m an idiot for not seeing the obvious — that they are total geniuses, and know that Barack Obama is the savior of the Universe.

Well, so far, Barack Obama and the Democrat Congress (CONgress being the inverse of PROgress, in this case) have absolutely wrecked the economy just as I predicted they would. Who’s feeling like an idiot now, Anonymous? Huh?

And it get’s worse. You’ve only seen the beginning. The new Healthcare plan that they’re talking about will absolutely crush what’s left of our broken economy under a massive — like never before seen — tax burden and debt load. You think things are are bad now? You think your healthcare is too expensive? Wait till you’re paying tens of thousands a year in extra taxes to pay for Obamacare!

“But wait!”, you say. “Obama said he’ll only raise taxes on the rich and big business.”

It can’t be done. We’re talking trillions of dollars here, people! There is no way on God’s Green Earth our crippled economy can tolerate that kind of additional abuse. The financial burden of Obama Care will be passed down to you when the upper tiers of the economy fail to support the massive weight of it. The government will be forced to raise your taxes.

Obots, I’m talking to you.

Taxing the wealthy and business owners is not the solution to everything. Who do you think employs your mindless bodies? Who do you think produces everything you buy when you go to the store? What’s going to happen to the prices you pay when massive taxes are imposed on the producers? What do you think is going to happen to your job when your employer can’t afford to insure you, or even pay you any more?

Barack Obama is lying about the feasibility of his plan. You have to understand this. Government is a poor producer. It can’t do anything by itself. It can’t take care of you — it depends on you! Most people in this Administration and the Congress haven’t even read the healthcare bill they’re selling to you. If you’re thinking about buying something, is the highly commissioned salesman the best person to give you advice about it? NO!

Trust me, there aren’t enough rich people in this country to pay for this healthcare plan, and even if there were, they wouldn’t be rich for long. By supporting this bill, you’re opting to put the screws to your employer and your neighbors — probably even putting them out of business, and complaining at the same time about unemployment and layoffs!

But in truth, it’s not even about healthcare, it’s about breaking the back of our free market system so that the enemies of this country can destroy your wealth, make you dependent, and end the American way of life.

Obama is nothing more than a Pied Piper (a professional manipulator), and Americans are the unfortunate children being lead away forever by a happy tune.

Good luck with that, and don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m not the one who will be feeling like an idiot in the future, but if you support Obamacare, and it passes, I’m pretty sure you will.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the problems that our country is facing, and I’m just so … frustrated! The world is upside down, and no one seems to notice. We’ve got congress trying to spend us out of debt. Barack Hussein Obama thinks a trillion-dollar stimulus package is super idea. Never mind that we don’t have the money; we’ll just print it. But don’t worry, if we flood the nation’s money supply with a trillion dollars worth of monopoly money it won’t cause inflation, right? Seriously, didn’t our congressmen and women go to high school? Because I remember learning about this stuff in my l0th grade economics class! Another thing I learned in that class: Capitalism = Good

Even more offensive to my sensibilities is a frightening new paradigm of socialistic thinking that is washing over our nation like a terrifying wave of political effluent; the direct result of decades of greed, and selfishness. America has become a “me too” state full of whiners, wimps, and crybabies who think that everything has to be “fair” all the time. And before you go thinking that absolute fairness is a good thing, I want you to stop and consider the cost. What is the cost? Oh where do I begin? How about a loss of freedom, control, and independence? And if you think that’s not so bad, just ask any person living in a “home” how they like it. Are they happy being dependent? Do they enjoy having every aspect of their life structured by someone else? Do they like being told what to do? I think they’ll tell you it sucks!

If you think that socialism won’t try to creep in, or even if it does, that it won’t cause suffering and loss, well, clearly you’re not a student of history. This story has been repeated over and over for millennia throughout the history of mankind. And I’m here to tell you, we’re no different from those who walked this path before us, including making the tragic mistake of allowing ourselves to think we’re different; to be filled with a blind confidence and pride which surely is a sign of (if not a direct precursor) to our inevitable failure and destruction. Pride goeth before a fall. And a wise man knows it, and stays away from it.

So what is the point of all this? What am I really trying to say? Well, in a nutshell, America—with its arrogant, misguided leadership—is on a high speed track to destination socialism. But, trust me, you don’t want to go there. Trading your independence for security because you think it’s going to bring you “stuff” is like killing the goose that laid the golden egg. In the end, you’ll wind up, sadly, with neither.

If you care about your future and the future of your children, you’ll want to give serious thought to what I am saying here. Contemplate what I have to say, and arrive at your own conclusion, but understand that we’re at a turning point in this country, and the consequences of our decisions now will have a profound affect on our future, and the future of our children.

Liberalism and democracy are nothing more than elected socialism. Our country, the USA, was founded as a constitutional republic, and not a democracy. When we pledge allegiance to the flag, we say, “and to the republic for which is stands.” We don’t say, “and to the democracy for which it stands.” That’s because we are not a democracy, or at least, we’re not supposed to be! The democratic party is operating our government in a manner inconsistent with its founding principles; the result of which will eventually bring an end to our freedom if we continue to allow it!

A full explanation of the relationship between liberalism, and socialism is beyond the scope of this post, but if you’re interested in an expanded understanding of liberalism, fascism, and “progressive” democracy, I highly recommend the book, Liberal Fascism, by Jonah Goldberg, which explains things far better than I ever could.

So let me repeat, liberalism is socialism … in disguise. And socialism is a form of slavery. Let me explain how by defining what slavery is: Slavery is the act of forcing of someone to work, involuntarily, for the purpose of another. In other words, if I force you to work, against your will, for me; that would be slavery. And wouldn’t you agree that such an act is an unethical and evil thing to impose upon another human being?

But what if it’s the government that’s doing the forcing? What if you were required by the government to spend 15 hours a week doing yard-work for another (perhaps less fortunate) person, or face going to prison? Would that be slavery? Would that be forcing you to labor, involuntarily, for purpose of another? Or, what if you were forced to relinquish your property, or money, which you have earned through your own labor, for the purposes of someone else? Is that not essentially the same thing—the same thing as slavery?

Well, the honest answer is, yes, that is slavery. It’s wrong, it’s immoral, and yes, it is evil. No one has a right to force someone else to labor for the purposes of another; but that is exactly what socialism does. It’s exactly what the democratic political party seeks to impose. It is exactly what Barack Obama is talking about when he refers to “spreading the wealth”.

I know this is a controversial statement, but I must say it: The democrat party, including President-elect Barack Obama, believe in, and support the use of slavery, and by that virtue the unjust oppression of the entire American Public.

I am sorry! It’s not my fault they chose this position, but they have, and I am sorry for that! But I can’t change it, and I’m not going to lie about it. In fact, I want you to know what you’re getting into. I want you to be aware of it.

Now, I’m not saying that all democrats are evil. Many have good intentions, and believe that they’re doing the right thing. They think that the ends justify the means. They suffer from a megalomaniacal delusion that they can do no wrong because their intentions are good. But they are wrong. There is a good reason why so many countries—steeped in socialism—suffer from an ethereal sense of darkness and misery. It’s because socialism is inherently evil, and using evil designs to try to achieve societal utopia is a futile endeavor, because the two concepts are fundamentally incompatible.

You can’t achieve goodness through actions that are fundamentally evil and wrong. The ends don’t justify the means, and the results of ignoring such wisdom will always be tragic. You can’t regulate people into greatness, and you can’t build a healthy society through oppression and slavery.

Freedom and Capitalism built up this country and made it great. They are not a failure as our media and government want us to believe. Our economic problems are absolutely the result of government interference and tampering with fundamental market principles of capitalism and freedom.

We can’t spend our way out of debt, or oppress our way out of unfairness. And we can’t elect slave-masters to save us from poverty and inequality. These things won’t work, and we won’t be saved.

I don’t know how to make it any clearer. I don’t know how else to convince you. I can only tell you what I know, and what I believe. I can only tell you the truth, and pray that somehow you’ll believe it. That we’ll escape from the chains that are being drawn around us, and defeat the agents of change who seek to take away our freedom, money, and independence.

Don’t fall into the trap. Don’t get into the strange man’s car because he’s offering a piece of candy. Understand that there’s no such thing as a free lunch!

We are standing at the edge, looking down at a hole from which any escape is unlikely without real bloodshed. Let’s not go in. Let’s not lose our country.

We need to wise up! We need to elect good leaders! we need to get involved, because if we don’t stop the foolishness, and educate ourselves, and make the right choices: We, our children, and their children are at dire risk of becoming slaves to a system….

Please, don’t let it happen!

In response to the Senate passage of the Housing Bailout Bill, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. said, “We’ve sent a clear message to Americans all over that we will not let this economy fail.”   — Thank you Harry Reid, it most certainly would fail without your brilliant economic manipulations and tactics!

It’s amazing to me that the same people (the Democratic Congress) who have for years now, worked so relentlessly to starve us of the precious energy resources that drive our economy, are now claiming that they “will not let this economy fail”, and praising a foolish $700 billion bailout loan.   All indications seem to be to the contrary, Senator Reid.

Not being a politician, I’m simply unable to understand how a gigantic government bailout at taxpayer expense, and financed through national debt, is going to be an economic success, now, or in the future, especially when there are other ways to save these banks!

Basically, we’re being asked forced to write a giant check to the same people who thus far have proven themselves to be unethical, predatory, irresponsible, and incompetent.  Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, they’re telling us that we must put the foxes in charge of protecting the hen-house.  And if we fail to allow the foxes unfettered access, the hens will certainly be eaten.

So now the Senate has passed the revised Bailout Bill by 74-25 votes, and sent it to the House of Representatives which is expected to vote on the bill on Friday.  This in the face of extreme opposition from the citizens of this country.  We the people.  The ones who are supposed to be in charge.

Welcome to socialism, America.  For all the whining, and wailing about “the right to choose”, it sure seems funny how these politicians never really seem to support it when it doesn’t involve the taking of innocent life. The rest of the time, we’re all way too stupid to make informed choices about the things that directly affect us.  Barrack Obama thinks you’re a genius when it comes to deciding whether or not to kill your baby, but not smart enough to know anything about economics, or ethics, or individual responsibility.  Can’t say much for McCain either, though.  He’s supporting the Bailout too, knowing that you don’t.

Our government is supposed to listen to us!  If this bill gets passed in opposition to the will of the people, that makes it a dictatorship!  If we have no control, what makes us think that we’re free?

At the risk of sounding like a conspiracy lunatic, I’m going to explain something.  There is an underground movement trying to take this country away from you.  It seeks to control and regulate everything.  It is actively working to scare you into submission through an endless onslaught of contrived crises.  Your liberty, your right to choose your destiny, to manage your business and life are under assault.  Every year, thousands of new laws are passed.  With each one, a little more freedom is removed.  For your own good.  For your benefit.  For the good of society.  For the children.  For the environment.  For the squirrels, or babies, or whatever.

Somebody told me a story once about an ancient King who told his people that if they failed to obey him, he would take the sun away and they would all die.  The King had an astronomer in his employ, and he devised to plan to schedule one of his motivational speeches to coincide with a solar eclipse.  He told them that because they had disappointed him, he was angry, and would take away the sun.  Soon after, to his people’s horror, the sun began to darken.  As it continued to vanish, the people were beset with terror.  They begged for forgiveness, and swore obedience in order to please their King and make him bring back the sun.  Eventually, the King relented, and accepted their pleas and offerings, and agreed to bring back the sun.  As the eclipse passed, everyone believed that they had been mercifully spared by their great and compassionate leader.

Might this be happening to us?  Well, global warming, for example has been blamed for practically everything under the sun.  And is the basis for a lot of stupid regulation and needless fear. It’s a hoax, people! Carbon dioxide, which transmits sunlight light just as efficiently as oxygen, and just happens to be a product of human activity which the government wishes to regulate, is not destroying the planet. Every single living creature on earth absorbs carbon, and stores it. Upon their death and decay, it is released again as carbon dioxide gas. It’s what we call the carbon cycle. Trying to reduce carbon emissions is as useful as trying to reduce water emissions.

And now, the banking crisis.  The only way to save ourselves is to give the government nearly 3/4 of a trillion dollars, and trust them to do a better job that they did last time.  And if we don’t do it, we’ll all suffer a horrible financial calamity.

Well, I for one would rather lose my Roth IRA than give up my country.  I love this country!  If necessary, I would give my life for it!  These greedy freaks want me to trade it in for some cash!

How dare you, Senators!  I hope you get what you deserve!

We’re in BIG trouble!  As I watched the evening news, post Democratic National Convention, I was horrified to see interviews with college students who were just gushing about how wonderful Barack Obama is, and filled with excitement for his new world plan (i.e. to duplicate old communist Russia).

The thing that worries me most about this Obama Generation is that too many Americans don’t seem to understand that when we’re all children of the government, and everyone gets their equal share of the pie; hard work, innovation, and economic success will go out the window.  Why is anyone going to work hard to excel when they get the same keeps as someone who does the bare minimum required?  How will we have a robust, and powerful economy when hard work is a foolish endeavor with no personal benefit?  The only way to raise your standard of living will be to work so hard that you single-handedly raise the standard of living for everyone in the entire country, while everyone else sits and waits for you to do it!

While wealth distribution is a nice Utopian idea, and i agree that it is, it’s destined to fail here on earth, because we humans are generally not motivated to work solely for the benefit of others.  If we were, there would be no need for government to force us to do it through Liberal Fascism.  We would all donate every penny in excess of our basic needs to those who have less than us.  No one would complain about paying taxes, and would probably even look for ways to pay more.  If you don’t believe it, let me ask you; Are you the poorest person in the country?  — Yeah, I didn’t think so!  There are people less fortunate.  You are greedy!  You heartless scumbag!  How dare you hold out on us?

So are you really going to go to your job every day, and work your butt off to “put in the extra mile”, and strive to be better than all the rest, if you still get the same paycheck as the lazy bum who calls in sick all the time, does a crappy job on everything, barely even works, and then goes home early.  Eventually, it’s going to occur to you that you could have an easier life; less stress, more comfort, and still have the same standard of living; the same as everyone else in fact.  Why not be lazy too?  Surrender to the sloth, and ineptitude that is fostered by liberal fascism.  Who cares?  And who would blame you?

This is the reason why socialism has never worked well, and it never will!  However, forces that be; liberal elites, worldwide, are trying very hard to make it appear that capitalism is failing in America, and socialism, or liberal fascism is the way to go.  How?  By deliberately enacting legislation designed to tank our economy, terrorizing people with threats of what will happen if the great global warming hoax is ignored, refusing to allow the use of our own local energy reserves, (which are vast) leading to skyrocketing energy prices, and huge losses to our national economy, encouraging trade with countries that don’t have the same social standards that we have (i.e. no minimum wage, no OSHA, etc.), and are therefore impossible to compete with commercially here in America.  Because of this, America is bleeding money.  Billions of dollars per day are hemorraged from our economy overseas to nations that hate us, and/or want to kill us, making them rich, while we get poorer.  This is the plan!  Liberal Fascism can’t gain traction until the majority of us are convinced that capitalism is evil, and a failure.  And men like Barack Obama promise to rescue us from ourselves if only we will give up our freedom, and accept the government as our new, all knowing, all powerful agent of “hope and change”, our new great saviour; our new parents (like Mother Russia).  Then everything will be fine.  So they say.

It’s funny, one of the students I observed on the nightly news, when asked why she supported Barack Obama stated that she liked his economic plan which rewards hard work.  Obviously she doesn’t understand Obama’s plan, economics, or both!  While Obama gears up to punish hard workers, and businesses with record high taxes, and ill-conceived social programs, he at the same time has these poor mindless students convinced that his plan is to reward hard work!  Honestly, I can’t believe these sheeple so happily consume such rotten piles of garbage as Barack Obama and the media shovel it to them by the bargeload!  UGH!

But capitalism is not a failure!  It only seems that way because it’s being poisoned by people who wish to impose radical changes on our system of government.  Capitalism is what has made America the greatest, richest, and most powerful nation in the world, in such an incredibly short time, historically speaking.  It’s the reason we are so great, both as a nation, and individually.  It’s the persuit of happiness, and the freedom to acheive it, and to have it, and to own it, and to keep it!

Make no mistake!  We are under attack from the inside!  Vote for the security, and hope and change of Barack Obama at your own peril !
